1. Made to Order Items

- Lead Time: The standard lead time for made-to-order items is 6-8 weeks from the date of order confirmation. This period is necessary to ensure that we deliver a product of the highest quality.
2. Order Cancellation and Fees
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. The following cancellation policy applies:
- Credit Card Transaction Fee: If you cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, please note that the credit card processing fee, typically ranging from 3% to 4% depending on your bank, is non-refundable. This fee is charged by your credit card provider and cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances.
- 10% Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your order after it has been placed but before it has been made, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers administrative costs and the allocation of resources.
- 25% Restocking Fee: If you cancel your order after the item has been made but before it has shipped, a 25% restocking fee will apply. This fee covers the cost of materials and labor already invested in your order.
- Shipping Charges: If the item has already been shipped and you wish to cancel the order, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. This includes both the original shipping cost and the cost of returning the item to our facility.
3. Order Process and Confirmation
- Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation will include details of your purchase, estimated lead time, and any other relevant information.
- Payment: Payment for your order is required at the time of purchase. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website.
- Production and Shipping: Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will begin the production process. You will receive updates on the status of your order, including when it is ready to ship.
4. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds except as required by law. If there is an issue with your order, such as damage during shipping or a defect in the product, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your item to discuss possible resolutions.
5. Damage During Delivery
It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the item for any damages upon delivery. The following rules apply:
- Marking Damage: Any damages must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing it. There are no exceptions to this rule.
- No Refunds or Exchanges: If the buyer does not mark the damage on the delivery receipt, no refunds or exchanges can be made. It is crucial to thoroughly inspect the item and document any issues at the time of delivery.
6. Warranty
Our furniture is crafted with care and attention to detail. We offer a limited warranty on our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ecommerce Alliance LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any damages, losses, or causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the item in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Ecommerce Alliance LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
