Artist Biography
Gordon Davidson is a well established, internationally recognised artist with a strong track record of sales in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East as well as in the US. He studied industrial design in Edinburgh Scotland, has worked extensively throughout Europe and now divides his time between studios in Edinburgh and Marrakech. His work has evolved over a 30-year period from a more traditional form of landscape painting, becoming more abstract over time. Gordon is constantly experimenting and innovating with new mediums and materials to create exciting and vibrant works for both private and corporate clients. His latest series of works, painting directly onto treated aluminium surfaces are proving extremely popular and highly collectable. He specialises in producing large-scale works. Gordon puts client satisfaction at the heart of his artistic values and is expert at translating client requirements into tangible, vibrant and exciting images.
