a) Sit on ball chair so that it is directly under your pelvis Press feet firmly into ground and tilt pelvis forward to flatten ball against pelvic rim.
b) Allow lower back to gently curve inward while bracing abdominal muscles. Hold position for 30 seconds before slowly returning to start position.
c) To decrease intensity always keep ball close to pelvic rim. To increase intensity, move ball further away from pelvis.
